owner and creator
Sweet Eve Designs, is named after my youngest Eve. I was on maternity leave in 2020 and wanted to make some extra money. The “Sweet” part of the name came from the fact that originally I had planned to make cakes. One day I made a cake for a family friend and it was missing something. I had a Cricut as I previously worked with my aunt doing event planning and used it for simple table plans etc. I decided to whip up a quick unicorn cake topper. To my surprise everyone wanted to know who made the cake topper and no one mentioned my cake. That day Sweet Eve Designs was then born!
I went back to work full time and struggled to keep up making and selling cake toppers. My husband encouraged me to not give up my passion & use my skills to help others by providing tutorials and making content.

Community Leader Journey
In August 2023, Kathy from Cricut UK reached out to me to ask if I wanted to be a Cricut UK Community Leader. Of course I screamed YES! I had started to make some content for Cricut UK on a gifted basis, after being brave and reaching out.
Cricut UK felt my passion for Cricut and love for helping those in my community (especially U.K based crafters) and wanted to bring me on board to offer them even more. As a Community Leader I am able to share software updates and product launches first, run giveaways and share Cricut Mystery boxes. I make regular content for Cricut UK and host lives on Tiktok, Youtube and Instagram. I also have an exclusive 10% off code to use on Cricut’s website which is “Sweet10”
I am so honoured to be part of the team and I meet so many amazing women. Crafting and virtual businesses can be lonely, but as you can see from the picture I am surrounded by kindness and talent!
